What you'll need
You will need your UMe account number and loan ID to proceed. That information is available to you when you are logged in to the UMe app or online banking.

How to pay
You may make a payment using a Checking Account number and bank routing number or Visa Debit Card. Additionally, you can use a MasterCard or Discover Card.
Please Note: Visa does not allow debt to be paid with a Visa credit card.

Processing time
Payments made by 4pm Pacific Time will be posted the same day. Payments made after 4pm will process on the next business day.
