Coming Tuesday: Updated UMe Mobile App and Online Banking
Attention, UMe-verse!
We’re excited to announce that the updated UMe Mobile and Online Banking will be available to U on Tuesday, April 25th at 11:00am!
The upgraded UMe Mobile and Online Banking will both feature a clean new design, customizable dashboards, intuitive functionality and consistent look and feel and capabilities across the two systems.
Tuesday, April 25th Timeline:
- 12:00am PT: Zelle® and Bank-to-Bank Transfers will be disabled.
- 3:00am PT: Current UMe Mobile App and Online Banking will be disabled.
- 11:00am PT: Upgraded UMe Mobile App and Online Banking will be enabled and ready for U!
Important things to note:
- Once the new UMe Mobile App is live, you’ll need to delete the current app and download the new app to access your accounts. (We will email U the links and they will also be available on our website, here.)
- Your username & password will remain the same for both UMe Mobile and Online Banking.
- BillPay will continue to work as usual.
- Alerts will need to be re-established.
- Bank-to-Bank transfers will need to be re-established. Any transfers that you have set up for delivery after the launch date will need to be set up again.
- We’re working on an updated UMe CardNav app, too. Once we launch the new UMe Mobile App, please delete the current CardNav app and await news of an updated UMe CardNav app. We’re doing our best to get that ready as quickly as we can.
UMe Mobile App:
