White Text on a Red Patterned Background

Attention, UMe-verse!

There are big changes coming to your UMe Mobile App and Online Banking experiences. We’re excited to announce that we’re putting the finishing touches on some upgrades to how U bank on the go with UMe!

The updated UMe Mobile and Online Banking will both feature a clean new design, customizable dashboards, intuitive functionality, and consistent look and feel and capabilities across the two systems.

As soon as the new UMe Mobile App is available, we’ll send you an email with download links so that you can get it quickly. Once it’s ready, you’ll need to delete the current app and download the new UMe Mobile App to access your accounts. Your login information will remain the same.

For UMe Online Banking access, you’ll simply visit our website at umecreditunion.com and click the LOGIN button on the top right of the screen. Then, enter your current username and password and you’re in!

Important things to note:

  • Once the new UMe Mobile App is released, you must delete your current app and download the new one to access your accounts.
  • Your username & password will remain the same for both UMe Mobile and Online Banking.
  • BillPay will continue to work as usual.
  • Bank-to-Bank transfers will need to be re-established. Any transfers you have set up for delivery after the launch date must be set up again.
  • We’re working on an updated UMe CardNav, too. Once we launch the new UMe Mobile App, please delete the current CardNav app and await news of an updated UMe CardNav app. We’re doing our best to get that ready as quickly as we can.

Excited? So are we!
You can guarantee we’ll keep you posted on when the new app and online banking system will be available (we promise you’ll be the first to know). Stay tuned, then fun is just beginning!
