Review your account and statements frequently and report fraudulent charges. Take the time to look at your account and monthly Visa statement. Let us know as soon as possible if anything appears incorrect, so we can take swift action to regain control of your account and resolve the situation for you.
Count on quick resolution and provisional credit if your card is lost or stolen.* If your account is compromised, it is our mission to set things right without further aggravation or inconvenience to you. We follow Visa’s policy and extend provisional credit for losses from unauthorized card use within 5 business days of notification of the loss.
You will not be held responsible for the purchase as long as it meets all requirements for Visa Zero Liability protection. After you report the unauthorized transaction, the rest is in our hands.
